While results as of election night had Brian Johnson qualifying for the November general election by a small margin, results after counting all absentee and provisional ballots placed him 32 votes short. As a result, Brian has conceded.
Those 32 votes represent fewer than 0.02% of eligible voters in AD 46, underscoring the importance of every single vote. To improve California’s governance, we must improve voter participation.
