A CA State Assembly Member has introduced a bill to restrict corporate participation in elections and ballot measures. Govern For California has sent a letter opposing the measure unless amended to impose the same restrictions on public sector labor unions whose members receive hundreds of billions of dollars every year from California’s state and local governments, agencies, public schools, colleges and universities, and public pension funds.
