A political renaissance is taking place in San Francisco thanks to a robust ecosystem of political philanthropies operating in that city. We are pleased to support their efforts, both to improve governance in San Francisco and to help them set an example of what effective political philanthropy can achieve. Based on their recommendations, we’ve assembled a one-stop slate of candidates in the November election for the Board of Supervisors and District Attorney. You can donate to any or all of them in any amount up to the maximum of $500 per candidate.
Whether or not you live in San Francisco, we encourage you to help the political philanthropies in that city to achieve their objectives. Their success will have positive ramifications for other cities such as Los Angeles, where other political philanthropies are courageously taking up the same battles, and the State Capitol, where the lack of a similar ecosystem is allowing poor governance to flourish. These wars can be won only with the determination being demonstrated in San Francisco.
